Ford is still allowing businesses to make their own decision

Re: Non Compliance of lifted Mandates. 

 Mr Ford

It has come to my attention that you allegedly are allowing businesses to discriminate against citizens who do not have a vaccine passport. 

Allowing for them to use discretion in their business /company policy is a contradiction to your position when businesses wanted to opt to NOT require passports to utilize their services etc. This alleged decision is a bold face turnaround by your Office and I seek clarification.  

The request for passports after the mandates are lifted is discriminatory and infringes on my human rights. 

I request that you utilize your Covid 19 officers to ensure no such discrimination occurs effective March 1. As you utilized them to enforce the mandates the last 2 years. 

I request confirmation from your office that you DO NOT support this discriminatory action/policy by businesses and that any such reports of said discrimination will be investigated (resulting in fines). 

I request that all municipalities by-laws reflect the lifting of mandates and in coordination with your office will ensure there is no discriminatory actions by any business operating in Ontario. 

Failure to respond and clarify your position on this matter will be reported publicly to ensure all Ontario constituents understand your disregard for the severity of this matter.

I would send to him first and copy your MP and Mayors. 

Always leave room to escalate the matter. 

Thus in your escalation you can state that Ford didn’t respond. 

Then when the escalation to the MP and Mayor is not addressed you can send to media and inform them that you allowed everyone to respond and they didn’t or that the response confirms discrimination. 

It’s election time so it’s important to do this. 

Otherwise any Premiere will think they can just do whatever.
